LTC innovations should be guided by the voices of marginalized populations to increase its relevance and sustainability; yet, we lack knowledge of how to advance inclusive innovations for COVID-19 recovery in LTC.

  1. What mechanisms/processes are effective in ensuring the most impacted marginalized populations are engaged in designing and implementing innovations?

  2. How can health systems ensure that all voices are represented in decision making, particularly among marginalized populations?

This project contributes to the United Nation’s Research Roadmap for COVID-19 Recovery that calls for research to help identify how best to include the voices and meet the needs of marginalized populations.
